Ever since I was twelve or thirteen years old, I've been using lavender and melaleuca (tea tree) essential oils.  I had severe acne, and I remember reading the benefits of essential oils for acne and stress in those popular teen magazines. I bought my first bottles of essential oils at a local health food store, and this small purchase opened up a whole new world for me.

Now, I use essential oils for every physical, mental and emotional need of mine and my family's. It's been over 6 years and it is the single-most effective tool I have in my home at all times for any need, within arm's reach.

After using the oils for over a year, I decided to pursue it as a business - spreading health and independence to women that I meet around the world. As a personal trainer, yogi, meditation facilitator and primarily a Master Life Coach for entrepreneurs, I infuse health modalities into my work and all of my client's protocols. Using doTERRA essential oils has allowed me to help my clients reach their peak health state by living and embodying who they truly are - through their thoughts, emotions, nutrition and lifestyle.
