A simple meditation practice of 15 minutes length, to help you access your Wisdom Self. We are using Kurma Nadi, an energy (meridian) point located at the base of the throat where the two collar bones meet, creating a hollow notch and 1 inch down from there, 1/2 inch inwards to the body. In the video I mention the centre of the chest to be more simplified. Comment and let me know how this meditation helped you! Yes, you hear my puppy barking in the background - which is a great tool in learning how to steady the mind even in the midst of distractions. You see, we are home-bound now during this pandemic, so with the family home, pets, live-streaming, there is little that can be "controlled", so we learn to go with the flow and be ok with that flow. A 15 minute guided meditation practice for people of all levels. Take a comfortable seat, turn off your phone, be free of all distractions, and settle into an easy guided meditation. We will use some breathing techniques to settle any anxiousness or stress. If this feels comfortable, great, otherwise skip the breathing exercises and focus on deeply breathing in the abdomen.
